Plex is a free digital media platform useful for organizing and maintaining collections of movies, TV shows, music, pictures, etc. With Plex, you keep your collections on a server which can be named whatever you want - this one is called OLYMPUS. The company provides a streaming service that allows you to watch content from your server on nearly any device. You can also choose to share your server with other Plex users so that anyone with access can stream the content from their devices. So in a sense, Plex is a lot like Netflix, but instead of streaming their licensed media, you're just streaming your own and can share it with whoever you want.
Plex Picks is a website made using an open source application called Ombi. Primarily, it lets you request new content for the Plex media server. Approved content will automatically get added and you'll receive email notifications with the request details as it processes through the system. Once content is available on Plex, you can login and watch it on the OLYMPUS server. This website is also useful for reporting issues with my existing Movies and TV Shows.
Tautulli is a 3rd party application that runs alongside Plex to monitor activity and track various statistics. This information helps keep the entire system running smoothly. It also allows for the generation of the weekly "Recently Added" emails and controls user streaming sessions if they are putting unnecessary stress on my server.
UptimeRobot is a free tool used to monitor the status of various websites. It's configured to check each of the various websites associated with the OLYMPUS server and alerts the admin if any of them go offline.

It's like a wish list for movies and TV shows that you want to see; just look up the ones you want and submit the requests. Plex Picks waits until movies are released as either Screeners or DVDs/Digital before it tries to process the request. It also has to wait for TV show episodes to air before trying to process any of those. Once content qualifies for processing, it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days before it will be available on Plex. If you feel like a specific request is taking longer than expected, please report an Issue and select the "Availability" category as described below.

Availability: Use this when you requested something that's already been released/aired and still isn't on Plex even after a few days. It likely got stuck somewhere in the system and needs manual intervention.
Playback: Use this to report content that won't stream properly. Common streaming issues include slow buffering, occasional freezing/skipping, and crashing.
Quality: Use this if videos have noticeably low resolutions or sound problems. It's possible the system processed a low quality version instead of a high quality one.
Subtitles: Use this if you're watching something in another language and can't see the subtitles, or if the video you're watching has subtitles that you can't turn off. All videos should have optional subtitles, and the ones with foreign language sections should have them on-screen by default.
You should receive the following emails during the issue process:
Issue
